Randy continues his grandfather’s legacy in providing extraordinary service to Central Oregon businesses and consumers.  Randy has been instrumental in keeping the firm on solid footing during economic downturns and diversifying the sectors serviced. He and his wife, Nancy, are life-long volunteers and community supporters of service organizations, local government, farmers and ranchers.

Since joining the firm in 2001, Paul has streamlined processes and introduced new technology to the firm.  Paul handles client meetings, bid preparation, continuing education for firm principals and brings the firm’s considerable abilities and experience to new markets.  Paul and his wife are very active with family events and raising three sons. 

Roy joined the firm in 1999 specializing in integrating technological advancements to the firms’s solid foundation. Roy creates takeoffs, field computations, preps properties for surveying, creates topographical maps and designs building layouts.  Roy and his wife are deeply involved in 4H, FFA and the farming community and have chosen to raise their family in beautiful Central Oregon.

Nancy is the owner of Povey & Associates, and rightfully so. Her passion helped the business grow to new heights, landing contracts with some of the largest entities in Central Oregon. Nancy has the best of both worlds, with her children close to her everyday, the Povey grandchildren surrounding her and Randy and involvement in the community that she and Randy have supported throughout their marriage and professional life. 

Since partnering with Randy Povey in 1979, Bill has continually added to the firm’s knowledge base as an Oregon Registered Professional Land Surveyor.   Bill handles computations, bid packages and submittals.  In his spare time, he enjoys kayaking and  traveling throughout Central Oregon with his wife.
